Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

Knowing how to prevent occurrences of sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior is critical in today's world. Via POSH programs we assist employers and employees in successfully preventing sexual harassment lawsuits from arising, emotionally and legally, supporting the harassed and counseling the culprit. Making Effective Decisions

This program will entangle the symbiotic relationship between leadership and decision making. By the end of this program participants will be able to understand few effective decision making concepts like - recognize decision-making options, when and how to implement decisions, strategize designing for certain types of decision, coping with “information overload” in decision making, and use criteria to help make group decisions.

Negotiation and Influencing Skills

By the conclusion of this course, participants will have an improved ability to diagnose negotiation situations; will be able to strategize & plan upcoming negotiations, and engage in more effective negotiations.

Delegation Skills

Delegation allows one to make the best use of his/her time and skills, and it helps other people in the team grow and develop to reach their full potential in the organization. This course will focus on certain major delegation areas like – why people don’t delegate, identify what – when – whom –how to delegate, keeping control and the importance of full acceptance.

Situational Leadership

This program will focus on understanding the Situational Leadership Model and how leaders can change their work style based on the situation. This program will also identify a range of complex situations and resolution approaches and will also focus on negotiation, mediation and advocacy. Participants will learn how to set goals, understand ways to assign work, importance of praising at work, resolve performance problems, being specific and clear, become an active listener and enhancing self-esteem.
